At Baby Proof Me, your family’s safety and satisfaction come first. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
- All original components, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Due to safety and hygiene considerations, items that have been installed, used, or altered cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Installed or partially installed babyproofing products
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards
If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@babyproofme.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process above.
